Chk the link:

Important: Windows XP Professional x64 Edition cannot be successfully installed on x86 (32-bit) systems or 64-bit Intel Itanium–based systems. 32-bit device drivers are not supported on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.

Computer with a supported processor: AMD Athlon 64, AMD Opteron, Intel Xeon with Intel EM64T support, Intel Pentium 4 with Intel EM64T support

so, do u have winxp-64bit compatible Processor or X64 PC???

Also, in case you want to have a genuine copy of 64-bit of windows, u can Upgrade to Windows XP Professional x64 Edition from Windows XP Professional (32-bit), visit the link and get the details.

Sorry for barging it & going a bit offtopic dude but why would anyone want to watch vids on a server operating system man? It defeats the entire purpose of it.I've read many thread with a "server OS as a workstation" but bah wth doesnt even come any close to it.For all the huffs & puffs you have xp,play around with it to the fullest. :D
