Use android sdk if you just want to try it
Download Android Studio and SDK Tools | Android Developers

Yeah I know that,It [Android Studio and SDK ]came with Digit's edition.I installed it and opened the Nexus5 folder and there is a hammerhead.tgz file,I don't know what to do next.

If you want to use it on your n5 just download wugfresh toolkit and flash it via stock rom flash tool.

That's for nexus only you'll brick if you do it on another device
