hey, i have 512*2=1 Gb of DDR-2 transcend ram on D102 intel Mobo with onboard 256 MB of ATI radeon X200 series grafhics.

When i open display properties i can see the memory of grafhics as 256 MB, but wehn i open the properties of My Computer i see 896MB of ram. In directx properties i also see the same memory, this means that 128MB of my ram memory is used as sharing for my graphics.

I want to increase this shared memory to 256MB from the current 128MB sharing. For that i searched in BIOS but got disappointed as dere is no such facility. i even opened the utility driver ATI catalyst to check it out, but there also no such optin available.

Can any1 help me out???????

If your intention is to increase the performance of your onboard graphics by allocating more RAM to it then you are mistaken. The onboard graphics will work exactly the same whether you allocate 128 MB or 256 MB RAM to it.
In fact by allocating more RAM to the graphics you will have less to use for Windows and other applications while not playing games.
