How to download shareware files of a known version number ?

Well,whenever i want to download a shareware files ( absolutely popular ones),they are available from their respective website or any popular third party website,but what i need is previous versions (you can guess why i need the old version )

Is their any website which specilize in keeping older version of popular versions ?

Please don't tell me to go the torrent way,as i am new to it,and anyway torrents are not for Bandwidth and download limit conscious middle class indian customer like me
