How To Do Overburning?

Can anybody tell me how can I overburn 700 MB CD's? i.e. I could burn data more than 700 MB into a single CD. for example 800 MB. I have a Sony CD-RW CRX230EE. Plz do recommend me a free sofware as far as possible.

I also have a question that how can we overburn a closed CD. Is there any software for doing this

Nero supports overburning as much as 800Mb.Try other free ones like Burn4free,Cdburnerxp pro etc.But don`r if they support overburning.

Nero supports overburning, but remember one thing, many a times you will find that over burned CD's dont not function properly.
