how to disable xp automatic updates

can anyone tell me how i can disable automatic update of xp

i reinstall xp almost every week,so this si really pissin me off..................

My Computer ---> Properties ---> Automatic Updates

Go to Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>System and click Automatic Updates tab....
Here, click the Radio button "Turn off Automatic updates"......

Also, see that it can be irritation if the information ballon is popping up everytime..., u can also see the "change the way windows security centre alerts me" .

I disabled the firewall, windows update...
