How to delete some data securely....?????????

I have some very sensitive data on my pen drive... And I want to delete it securely so no body can get it back...Is there anyway to delete data????/

If looking for free software then use "Eraser" and delete your data and then no one will able to recover it again if done properly...

remember more the number of passes more it is impossible to recover and more time it takes.
