How to create sticky thread

I want to create a sticky thread on MTNL's TRIBAND BROADBAND .How could be this done

Members can't make a thread sticky!
Its the job of admin/mods.
U can simply post a thread and can request admin/mods to make the thread sticky, if mods/admin think that it deserves to be a sticky, they'll do it...

there is a stick on dataone u can use that there ins't much of diff rather than name

You'l have to print the forum page.
Then cut the thread you want to make sticky(with the help of Scissor)
Go to a shop and buy Fevicol.
Paste the cutted thread with help of Fevicol on your monitor.
And it'll be Sticky.
