HOW TO CREATE LINUX DVD TO CD

HI,
I Have a linux dvd mandriva 2006 but I don't have a dvd rom my bro has a dvd rom can u tell me how I can make this dvd to cd so i can install it on my pc. The cd will be bootable or not or how to make it pls. reply soon.

It's not possible to convert DVD to CD, or CD to DVD.
Because both are entirely different!!. You can get yourself
a Sony Combo-drive (DVD + CD writer) or a DVD drive.
The prices of DVD drives have come down considerably.
Above all almost all the software owadays ship in a DVD,
not CD!! It's better you upgrade your System with a DVD drive.

Get the cd images and burn them thats the only way..

Or do one thing you can perform a harddisk installation also.. I will check and tell you..
