How to Convert Video Files into MPEG 4 or M4V Format?

HI,

I BOUGHT SONY NWZ-S615FBLK Walkman® Video MP3 player. BUT IT SUPPORTS ONLY MPEG 4 or M4V VIDEO FORMATS.

NOW I AM HAVING SOME PERSONAL VIDEO FILES IN .AVI AND .3GP FORMAT....I WANT TO TRANSFER THOSE FILES ON THE PLAYER.

WHICH IS A GOOD SOFTWARE TO CONVERT .AVI AND .3GP FILES INTO MPEG 4 or M4V FORMAT ?

PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME.

U can use megui. Google it. It is one of the best.
Or if you have nero then use nero recode.
There are few other programs too, you can google for it.

I think It can be done with Xilisoft, google it for download btw plz donot use blocks letter in writtting..!!!
