How to compress .dll files to .dl_

Hello everyone,

I've created my own system file(shell32.dll). Now i just want to know how to compress that file and merge in windows xp i386folder because all the files in that folder are compressed and they all have extensions like .dl_ for .dll, .ex_ for .exe, .ca_ for .cab.
I want know how to compress .dll files and give them .dl_ extension.
Is there any software needed for this task.
Plz help me out.

Bro, I have one more question. I have created a new button( Image enclosed )View attachment 1878
I want to excute the wizard on click of a button which helps in inserting a background image inside the folders. How can I do that.
I dont know from where i can call the wizard for execution.
Please help me.
