PROBLEM - Suppose I download a video from the internet of Xvid Avi format, how can I know it's quality of audio and video. The problem is that one can stretch the actual video and make its size bigger. So, one may convert a DVD-quality video to an HD-DVD quality and then it will be hard to detect the difference by watching the video. So, is there any way to know the actual size of the video and actual bit-rate of the audio?
