how to change windows password

i want to know how can i change my password (for my user) in windows XP pro

i have an account which is a normal one not an admin one.

do i need to tell the admin wenever i want to change the pass ??

If ur admin has not restricted u from changing the password, try this...


Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and click on "Change Password".........
