Some of the members suggested to lower my Vcore of the cpu. I have no idea how to do that. So can anyone help me out there solving that problem? I am running P4 (intel P4 515) on the Asus PTGD1-LA.The bios version i am using is V3.28.However there is no such thing so as to regulate the cpu voltage from within the bios. If your BIOS doesnt allow vcore control, then i am afraid you cant do much about it.
Also regarding the CPU running hot, have you looked into the ventilation of your case ? If its not right, recitfying it will improve the cooling efficiency for sure.
