How to bypass available bandwidth thing with MEGAUPLOAD ?

everyday i need to wait to the hour 0:00 (dont know if its 12 pm or am cuz we dont use pm/am in this country) or 1:00 to be able to download stuff.

how do i bypass that without waiting to the night ?







ITS NOT DOWNLOAD LIMIT / ALEXA TOOLBAR THING (i know how to bypass those things)

the above restriction happen only in certain hours in the the day every day.

i did NOT found in search topics that talk about the restriction in certain hours in the day (im not talking about download limit or alexa bar restrictions)
