How to boot from USB flash disk?

Hello all...

I recently bought a 2 GB i-ball flash disk. Can anyone tell me how to boot Win XP from the flash disk if I want to? I downloaded the "Windows XP USB stick edition" (It is a RAR file with the name "winxpusbn") from an ubiquitious forum on the internet. There are no instructions as to how to use the stuff.

Can anyone tell me, how I can boot Win XP from my flash drive?
