How to block all drives except USB

in my cyber cafe i want to block all my drives from accessing by a user except USB Pen Drive. can this be done by tweaking the registry ? help me pls ...

1) go to start>run
2) type gpedit.msc, press enter
3)then navigate to," local computer policy>user configuration>administrative templates>windows components>windows explorer>

4)In the right hand side you will find a option, "Hide these specified drvies in my computer"

5)select the drives...you r done
