How to attach images ?

I have read the instructions in FAQ on how to attach images and files. I uploaded an image from my computer and I can see the image icon just above the Manage Attachments button. The instruction says to click the arrow next to the Attachment icon but I cannot find the arrow or the Attachment icon. Please help.

The Manage Attachments window also gives the maximum image size in pixels and KB but I have seen members attach much larger images to their posts. Please explain this too.

Don't use the attachment function for images on this forum coz no one will be able to view the attached image. It's an issue that hasn't been resolved yet by the site admins. Host the image on some sites like tinypic, photobucket etc and paste the link here.

I use tinypic mostly
