Thanks a lot for your suggestion guys. Few things still remain debatable here when it comes to food. I'm a non-veg guy and I can't stay away from eating chicken. I eat chicken every week. I'd never heard about soy being bad for a man. It's unbelievable that they release estoregen. I'll check that out. I have 2 eggs in one go and I have this twice a week. I can't eat it everyday. I'll gross out
One thing which I have regularly is a glassful of milk, sometimes 2 per day. Coffee around 11 everyday. I don't want to take any harmones. I am thinking about going for these protein shakes. Are they good?
@iMav-Did you stop taking whey protein because it didn't taste good or you didn't want to continue with that?
BTW, will I become fat if I just take protein and don't work out properly?
