What is way of management of data on the layers in a dual layer DVD? :?:

Another Brick in the Wall
In dual layer DVD's, are 2 layers of writing...
1st layer: just after the protection layer
2nd layer: .02 mm after first layer. As shown i figure:

The dual layer DVD burner's have two burning Wavelenths..., the larger one to penetrate and write into the second layer.

Maximum DVD size: 54Gb, but that wont be available in India, in chennai i have not even seen a DVD more than 8.5gb , that too costed a cool 550 rs.
