Is there ne s/w to know How much RAM can a system support?

I mean How can I know that how much RAM my motherboard supports?

There should be some s/w, which can tell us after detecting the system h/w that how much RAM we can install successfully?

the best place to look for that would be the motherboard's manual. most cases u can download from manufacturer's website.

Sometimes, its not as easy as that. Some particularly less recent motherboards used to support amount of RAMs with different ram frequency. My old i845GBV did have something like that.
So it is safe to visit your motherboard's support page online.

You have specified Manuf. name but not model name... Check *www.motherboard.cz/luckystar.htm and see if it has the mobo info you want... If you dont have model name, try Everest or Sisoft Sandra to get details of chipset, etc to help narrow down the model name...

is *www.elhvb.com/mboards/luckystar/manuals/6p2a810.pdf what u are looking for? If yes, 512MB is max and says PC100 SDRAM meaning ur PC133 RAM is being a bit under-utilized
