How Can I Connect 2 PCs With Dial-Up Modem?

HI There, I'm Using Windows XP. I Want To Connect Two PCs Using Dial-Up Modem. I've Done That Using Windows 98.....But That Was 6 Years Back & Don't Know How To Do It In Windows XP . All I Remember From Past Experience Is One Of Them Must Be Server & Other One Is Client, Who Dial To Server To Make Connection.

Please People Help Me Out With This One, Please Reply!

connect another win 98 machine via the server machine ?

man it's very simple if you have winxp on both the computers. Open Network Connections in the computer which has the modem connected. See the properties of ur dialup connection. In the last tab i.e. Advanced ensure that "Allow network users to connect..." is ticked. connect other comp. to lan. it shud work. i hv never tried this.
