How and where to complain?

Hi,

I sent a DD to Nine Dot Nine Interactive Pvt.Ltd.Navi Mumbai. for a copy of a book Seventeen days before. But very much regret to say that neither the book nor any intimating regarding the delay has been received so far. Though I sent them several several e-mails to customer care section requesting them to send me the book,but they did not care for them.

May I know where and to whom I should make a complaint about it?

Do you have their telephone number ? if yes - then call them and find out otherwise email them with a copy of the same mail to editor@thinkdigit[dot]com, so that they can follow.
