Home theater system

Guys I need a good budget Home Theater system (HtiB)
for a Maximum of Rs20,000(Can increase budget by a few thousand) for a 40-inch tv(Sony EX-520).
The total area of my room is 180sq ft.
I am going to use this setup for Tata Sky HD and Watching movies from a DVD player/laptop via HDMI

How is the Onkyo-3300? Is it any good? If yes, How much does it cost ? Where can I get a demo of it? I live in Mumbai and can anyone tell me where i can buy a HT for a reasonable amount.
