I'm pasting my HijackThis log file. There is a file C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe that just refuses to delete. Ad-Aware and Spybot detect it along with several registry entries but after some time they reappear.

Please help

First before you do anything else, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and kill the two processes listed here by selecting them, and pressing the End Process button.
qyijbxhu.exe
istsvc.exe

The istsvc.exe file is spyware and is part of the IST Bar. Next run HJT again and select the entries in Red and click the Fix button. Then search for these files and delete them:
qyijbxhu.exe

Also, see if you have the IST Bar listed in Add/Remove Programs and if its there uninstall it and delete the C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\ folder and search for the istsvc.exe file and if you find any more instances, delete them. Then download CleanUp! and then run it and then post a fresh HJT log here so we can take a look. Also, let us know what download manager, if any you are using. Did you manually install a download manager called Free Download Manager that you use?

Oh, and also remember to keep Spybot S&D updated at all times and immunize immediately after you complete a Detection Library update.

Go ahead and delete both files. Just make sure you dont empty your Recycle Bin immediately. Wait for a day or two and if no error related to that file comes up, go ahead and delete them permanently. I am telling you this because I dont know what that file is and from what I know no legit application seems to be referencing it.

Once again, run HJT, select the entries in red and select Fix and you should be all clean. Just remember to keep Spybot S&D updated and immunized at all times, and to never turn off TeaTimer protection no matter what.

Well, its nothing but a bit of practice and a basic knowledge of what file is legal and whats not. swatkat has an excellent tutorial on HJT here:
Guide for HijackThis

and the same question was asked here:
Reading HijackThis log files.

These may help you too! Glad to have helped.
