Hiding programs!!!

is there any software to hide running programs from everywhere like taskbar, task manager etc and also lock the application hiding them with a password.

I don't think it is possible to lock a program or hide it from the taskmanager. You can run it as a service to hide it from the taskmanager but that's a whole different case. The only softwares I could find (to hide from taskbar) was this:

Which programs you want to hide because most people want to hide Utorrent. Is it your case??? If it is then I guess there is a thread here about that with solution.
