Hibernate Problem - Plz help

hey technocrats,

I own a sony vaio VGN - FE15GP laptop that has recently been creating a problem such that when i switch on to hibernate mode....a msg pops sayin "insufficient resources to complete the API" and then the onle option is to shut down..........what do i do?

probably there isnt enough hard disk space available !!

THe diskspace required to hibernate is 447MB which i think u dont have so clear ur HDD space and then go to control panel--->Power options---->Click the hibernate tab--->check the hibernate option--->Click apply and then click OK
