Well ! Friends, I need a very cost effective and easy solution for implementing EPABX solution for my office. The requirement is that atleast 10 lines should be provided through a common reception point.
That is, if a call arrives the receptionist should pick it up and then forward it to the respective person (officer).
I do not want to implement this through the conventional method of Exchange based EPABX.
What I am looking at is a EASY and Cost effective solution, where COMPUTER can act as an EPABX Personal Exchange. That is, I want to use a Personal Computer to route call in the campus through the receptionist. Is this possible and if yes please provide me will all the information and help that you can.
