Hello Friends,
I am new to the forum. I have a doubt. I have lots of dvd movies.
Is there any software to cut the scene or a part of the movie from DVD? Can any 1 help me.

i think u should first change title of your thread from help to
help on cutting DVD movies then u can get better response

any how use DVDKnife

Right off the assembly line
I downloaded DVD Knife but I need some help from someone that has successfully used it. This is the first time I've tried anything with media so I am a real novice. I own some DVDs that I shows portions of when I am giving a speech or teaching. It takes me awhile to get the DVD to the right spot to show each time. I thought I would make clips of the relevant portions so I can just click on them directly from my powerpoint.

When I click 'start' in DVD Knife and then try to select the DVD that I have in my CD reader nothing happens. This is a commercial movie - is it perhaps protected in a way that prevents using this type of tool to make a clip?
