I have a ATI Radeon HD 5450, and I connected my LG 17" monitor via VGA cable. I just connected my Sony Bravia 26" via HDMI to the other port.

I want to have a properly configured Duplicate desktops, or better still, extended desktop......... I am so messed up with the Catalyst Control Center settings. All the resolutions and sizes are going wrong. Please help

Will there be any problem, extending monitors of different sizes???

Monitors of diffetent resolutions will work properly after Catalyst 12.2 or 3.

Then is there any other software out there allowing me to do this???
What are my options?
No options.

If you feel limited by desktop space, move to Ubuntu 11.10/Linux Mint 12 as your OS. It allows multiple desktops. No need of two monitors.

Na, not about being limited, just that the movies and games are better in the flatscreen than my CRT.
And rahi baat multi desktop ki, it is there as Hydravision in the Catalyst Control Center. Allows upto 10 desktops.
I also have dexpot....

I have Catalyst control Centre version 11.11

Wait for Catalyst 12.2 then. That is supposed to get Eyeinifnity (multi-monitor) with different resolutions.

Just for multiple desktops/workspaces, Hydravision is weird. Not intuitive.
