Help-Windows 7 offline update pack

Hey friends i have genuine windows 7 x86 ultimate but my internet connection is very slow which causes problem in automatic updates.So i want to know where to get windows 7 ultimate full update pack as a setup so thet i can install it manually......

start by downloading SP1 from here

for post sp1 updates check for updates in windows and note down all updates (KB*****)... then search it on Windows download center and then download. check for windows version before downloading

this might be infected or perfect continue with your own risk only if you don't wish to download every update individually..
