gtx 680 is not worthwile as it just performs 5%faster than 670 + big price gap.so in nvidia gpus gtx 670 is best choice

Depends on the Cooler. If it supports LGA 1155 then yes if not then NO.

You cannot use cooler of one socket on another unless is comes with a socket retention kit.
