help temp internet files are taken 1.7 gb !!!

i dont know waht is happnin to my temp internet file they are of 1.7 gb
there are two folders
C:\Documents and Settings\Prabhu\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
C:\Documents and Settings\Prabhu\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SPE74XQF
i canot delete the SPE74XQF folder and its containin some file with strange names
i am havin norten anti virus with latest vir defs but it didnt any virus
what should i do

Use Unlocker to delete that folder,and run CCleaner to get rid of the temp files.

and run an anti spyware scan with ad-aware se + spybot s & d ...u have been infected most probably ... and ccleaner really rocks. use all the three to clean ur system.

Looks like some virus has infected your System. Also delete all unnecessay files
in the temp folder periodically. There are lots of software available to do that.
You can also try the suggestion given by Digital_Brat.
