Help Required to build a workstation for animation

Architect

Right off the assembly line
i m an architect, i use softwares like 3ds Max 2011,Revit,Photoshop. In these softwares to get faster results i need to have more Processors but my budget is limited to 30-40 k for Mo-bo Processor and Ram
