help needed

hello there
i download a file then after opening it it give the following message


"attention deasktop!some dangerous virus detected in your system.Microsoft windows xp files corrupted
this may lead to destruction of important files in c:/windows download protection software now
click ok to download "


i have checked my whole computer with updated avast antivirus
please

it is fake adware or spyware.
Install AVG antispyware and update it.
Then do a full scan. Some
Antivirus cannot detect it

and u've uploaded a ".psd" file which can be viewed only if we've photoshop installed.........

^^If you have Adobe acrobat pro than you can also view and convert .psd file in Pdf.
