Help me to uinstall

I had install Eset Nod32 antivirus and scanned my system and i found lot of files infected like cmd.exe,restore.exe and so on....i think i have deleted those files ...but the main concern is i cant uninstall eset ..i tried your unistaller also ..whenever i try to unistall it says "windows installer is missing " something like that...tried even safe mode but no use....Can anyone please help me to uninstall it .

Reinstall nod32, and then restart comp, then uninstall it.

Ok fine ..I will try to install....infact i got this error while uninstalling Nod32 AV

The windows installer service could not be accessed.This can occur if ur windows is running in safe mode , or if windows installer is not correctly installed.contact your support for assistance
