Help me to configure BB Modem

I use Siemens ADSL modem with BSNL BB connection. Some times back the dial-up connection got problematic someway. I managed to bring the connection to working condition tweaking settings in the website *192.168.1.1/home1.html
After that I could connect by double clicking the Internet Gateway icon. Dial-up option doesn't work any more. It works, but the connection disconnects very often.
Please let me know how may I restore the way of connection to the previous one.

You can hard reset the modem to factory reset the settings(like as it came with brand new one).

Hard Reset the MODEM and almost EVERY Setting will be gone.

Make sure you take a configuration file backup OR you can Manually Configure the MODEM
