Help me to choose between these laptops (3rd Gen Core i5)

I have shortlisted following laptops and I dont want any dedicated graphics card (Intel HD 4000 will suffice). I also want warranty pack for 3yrs.

The Samsung one is pretty good, but please post your budget so if there are any better models then you can get suggestions accordingly.
Apart from that do have a look at Dell Inspiron 14R/15R too.
