Help me to buy a PC within Rs.25K(Kolkata)

Right off the assembly line
Hi,
I want to buy a PC from Kolkata for myself.
My Budget is Rs.25000(Max).
The purpose is to run Diff. Softawres at a time(Stock Market, online trading etc), Downloading from Internet, Movies,songs, gaming(I don't need extra graphics card for my gaming) and a bit Programming.
Please suggest me the best possible configuration.

Other than these I need all the required components to run a PC smoothly.

Mobo: (Whats That?????????)
4-TB RAM (4 TB RAM?????????????)// too costly na? u see my budget?
500-TB HDD (TB or GB)
The Antilla Cabinet
Monitor: Samsung TFT 18inch /22 inch
PSU:(Whats That?????????)
Speaker: Normal Multemedia Spkr.

if Mobo means Mother board please suggest one which has more than one RAM Slot so that I can upgrade memory and other stuff later.

I think FSP SAGA II 520W @ 2.1K is a better option if Op is gonna add a GPU later. it is just few hundred bucks extra.

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post, don't want to create a separate thread because requirement is same to have a PC under 25k-30k, just want to add a Graphic card to the above config. Is AMD Radeon^tm HD 6670 Graphics@4k can be added to the above configuration without changing the motherboard or power unit or anything else?
I also want to buy a UPS for 30 min-1 hour backup? can you give some options which are good value for money?
Is wi-fi is inbuilt in that PC? or what should i do to buy wi-fi in the same config?
Are the Logitech Mouse/Keyboard are simple or wireless? If not can you suggest some?
