Ans:can wait for a month.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Yeah, had a good experience can do it myself

bro you are asking for 48 gigs of RAM, I do not know mobos supporting so much. 32 GB is the max for current desktop configs
check this comparision list

Bro X79 is a chipset that supports upto 64GB ram

ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS P9X79 DELUXE

knew about X79 chipset and its support for 64 GB RAM, but that does not mean proccy support that much of RAM, I am talking about 2nd gen or 3rd gen core i7 proccy, only extreme series proccy have been reported to work with 64 gigs of ram.If I take up such config, I will have to include such proccy, not very sure of ability to keep the price limits. will calculate up for below proccy

why go for a i7 3960x?
op could go for i7 3930k @ 39k because perform, ance difference between the two is not much except in memory limited situations (due to lower cache)

acewin

Point Blanc
I do not know the availability and pricing of 3930, basically suggested idea is core i7 extreme supports 64 GB not normal core i7

even a i7 3820 will support 64 gb ram
all lga 2011 proc essors (i7 3820,i7 3930k,i7 3960x)
will support 64gb
it only depends on the number of ram slots the selected mobo has
