does u'r monitor power on normally or does it behave like u'r CPU?
if yes, then u'r mobo is faulty.
if no, then u'r SMPS is faulty.
As for the blue screens, maybe u'r RAM has gone faulty. Or hard disk has developed bad sectors or is about to crash.

my monitor is workin fine ... and abt SMPS ... the vendor ( @ Nehru Palace) had said that it's fine .....

Still Shining!
Try replacing the RAM with another and see if it works.

Unplug your HardDisk and boot from a startup Floppy or CD and try.
