You cannot download this video. Sorry. Because this 176KB Swf file is only a interface for running the actual video. Actual video seems hidden on their servers and you can only access it online. Many websites are using this technology nowdays to prevent their content from being downloaded.

I could copy the cached swf file from opera. The size was about 6 MB.

My opera cache path where the file was stored is C:\Documents and Settings\*******\Application Data\Opera\Opera 9\profile\cache4

yeah cache is the solution,
get cache viewer or hunt down to the cache folder in app data folder.

C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

it may have many profiles (dependin on the number of unique FF users on ur comp)

1 will have d active cache

Stop worrying about Cache stuff and just go to this location..see the OCC folder, there is a 6 MB file..

Slugger that folder is for Firefox Profiles Folder not cache folder.
Cache folder location is

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\Cache

And there is no use of Firefox Cache folder. You cannot recover any file from its cache folder.

Sorry I mistook your link for the swf file mentioned in first post. First post swf file is around 176KB and your mentioned swf is 5.97MB.

You are not understanding...your link points to user/application data/mozilla whereas cache folder is in user/local settings/application data/mozilla
