Help me buy 24"' LCD

I am new on the forum and this is my first post. I would like to buy a 24" monitor and my budget is around (Rs. 12,000). I had decidedto buy Benq G2420HD but I had some doubts about it's warranty. so I went to recentally
Opened benq service senter. The guy over there said that, the model G2420 HD is out of production and offered me BenQ E2420hd instead. So please somebody confirm it.

Also suggest any alternatives
