Help me! Blue-screen

My system config is P4 2.4Ghz, 2x128 Mb DDR ram, GeForce Fx5200 256Mb,
Asus P4GE-Mx Motherboard.
Im having a serious problem with my system. everytime i begin to play a game the system shutsdown and a blue screen shows up. This is very frequent and im not able to MostWanted and Fifa06.
The error codes are

disable & compleately close the Antivirus U R using, also clean install the latest NVIDIA drivers, check if u have EAX enabled in the game or not, as 90% chances are that U have it enabled & your sound card doesn't support

I have used different antiviruses and installed the latest drivers. But it keeps showing up.
I will see if i have EAX enabled or not.

install an older version of the sound card driver tis will solve ur problem

I have the dreaded blue screen and cannot get past it, all that happens is that I log onto xp and the system returns to the dreaded blue screen...apart from seeing if my laptop can fly does any one have any ideas.....sorry I am new to this forum and have not yet worked out how to post a new thread.
