Help.I cant enter into windows

Please help me,
I am running Windows XP 2 .Whenever i boot my sytem I get an error at the Welcome screen that
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\harddisk\Dr1

when i press Cancel or continue i get another error

This keeps on coming up for ablot five times(ie dr1,dr2..dr5)

After this Windows loads up..but explorer.exe crashes and my system restarts(and again continues this cycle)Also i cant access task manager and it says it is disabled by th administrator(while i am the admin)
Can someone help me please

Now i have cleared the No Disk error
But now i am facing a new problem!
When i try to access Windows Security center or Registru editor i get the following message

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.Please contact the administrator

Again ,there is only one administrative account which is mine!Also i cant find a link to control panel.

If u dnt have much important data, reinstall is the best option. Seems like you really messed up things. Newayz, I dunno how can things get so complicated ...phew

I request for a solution too

Thanks for the reply.But I have over 140gb of important data.So it is not possible for me to reinstall.

are u able to login in SAFE MODE???
try first to login with safe made... and tell us abt error after login with safe mode....

Yes i can login in safe mode and even in normal mode.But i cant acces security center ,control panel,registry

can u run a AV scan?
if so do it
if not u may want 2 use UBCD and run d scan thru it
