Dude
'
there is no GPU involved here , what do you think will destroy the PC??

an unwanted spike in the mains, which would generally be filtered by Corsair/Seasonic/Antec transient filtering stage [Link]... spikes are potential PC buster.

btw, dude, would you take responsibility after a OP uses a frontech PSU and his rigs goes kaput due to the PSU?? do you think frontech will replace the rig if the PSU is faulty? Corsair does.

give suggestion for which you can take responsibilities. the guys here suggest Corsair/Seasonic because even if the the rig bricks, Corsair provide excellent support. and seasonics are well known for their rock solid performance...

you like to help people, and we all love you for that.. but help responsibly.

i hope i am able to get through to you. no offence. :)

Dude it is not sth i am talking of my own... though i have read that thread about PSU's and know ppl here are more intelligent and all that, but still there is something i see.. a cyber cafe near my house got his PC's upgraded with i3 and an nvidia card (not sure which but not high end around 4-5K) on all his PC's. He has the some frontech PSU which has been going good for almost 1 year . His PC's still run best around here.

So i am a bit confused about cheap PC's needing good PSU's [ of course no confusion for good ones]

its just luck. andmost of the shops will try and get you to buy local psu. coz if your PSU goes kaput with your pc, you would go to him to buy another. not in reliable shops though..
