Help choosing me a phone within 4K

Hi, I am looking to buy a basic low-range phone. FM and MP3 player with expendable memory is a must. Camera is not necessary but if you can suggest one it will be ok. please consider battery life also as I travel frequently. Please help me decide guys. I am waiting for your replies.
