help!!!Butsur.B worm

Help my system has been infected by the worm-"VBS\Butsur.B worm."It resides in the following location:
C:\windows\system32\Wscript.exe
How do i get rid of it?Can i delete the file as such or should i format XP?Am scared it will spread thru the network...help pls...

Usally scan with your antivirus, or use Bitdefender online scanner from the website bitdefender.com

scan with av and anti spyware. I recommend Quick Heal, Norton and avira as av. As anitspyware i will recommend lavasoft ad-aware and spybot
