1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
around 30 to 35k INR

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
14" screen and 15" are fine

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like:No preference here
b. Dislike:Acer(previous xperience)

4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
I am a student and will use this primarily for research/course work, watching movies and voice/video chat.I need to use Eclipse and VMware for my coursework , anyone who has used VMware before please advise me on CPU/RAM required for smooth running(the site says 2+GHz and 4GB RAM wud be fine but I want to know it from someone who used it actually).

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
prefer matte finish

6) Anything else you would like to say?
local purchase or online is fine..
One more thing is I prefer the notebook to be cooler and quieter..
I do not game my main expectation is a cooler laptop that can run VMware smoothly and I want to keep the cost as low as possible..

I was looking at these laptops *www.flipkart.com/computers/compare?ids=COMD8FMWNMPAPYTY,COMD8DHN7KUCHY33,COMD7BHV54QXHGF7,COMDAYTZUZWSVDPQ

Ur advice and suggestions are welcome and they mean a lot to me..
