I think the GTA patch they released addresses that issue...
Coz it was a little more difficult than one expected it to be....

You just need to keep trying... I cleared it on the second attempt...

hey Malcolmx,

needed help see i can tell u thebest possible way to crossthe train mission where u have to kill 4 enemies ,

U either use the cheat (rocketman) to get jetpack and finish them all or u try playing checking the best angles out will riding bike....
